Our story begins in Tel Aviv, but continues here, in Hod Hasharon. Since 1988… Raviva Vasilia was opened on August 15, 1988 in Neve Rasko, Ramat Hasharon by Raviva Apel, Celia Regev and Nira Kolodani. The idea was to establish a place that would allow offering food and cakes to cafes and private customers. As soon as he opened, he managed to bring a new line when he introduced a new style of baking and catering that was not known in Israel until then - traditional French baking using raw materials that were not known to the majority of the public in Israel.
