AMAYA

At the heart of AMAYA is a kitchen led by Chef Oren Asido, who combines local roots with contemporary techniques and interpretation. The menu presents a connection between fresh fish and vegetables at their peak, while working with local seasonal ingredients and precision flavors. The hospitality experience at AMAYA is built as an ongoing evening, where food and cocktails work together. Alongside the cuisine, mixologist Gabi Gershtor's cocktail menu relies on creativity and the use of unconventional ingredients, completing the entire experience. The space maintains an elegant and precise line, with on Thursdays the atmosphere changing from 10:30 PM, becoming more party-like and energetic. AMAYA offers a contemporary restaurant experience, which combines culinary delights, cocktails and atmosphere, with an emphasis on quality, aesthetics and precision.

Cramim Rehovot

Vineyard restaurants - a home of food and wine under the direction of Chef Sahar Raphael who believes in relying on fresh and accessible raw materials every day, hour by hour. The vineyards have 3 restaurants - in Moshav Segola, Beer Sheva and Rehovot. Since then, Karemi is considered one of the leading chef restaurants in Israel. Our mark of quality begins with growing the vegetables, in the greenhouses in Moshav Segola, the fields of olive trees used to produce our olive oil, the grape vineyards and the private confectionary of the vineyards. In the vineyards, you can also hold private events in the restaurant's event room, we will be happy to host you!
