Peigam

The new Peigam restaurant draws its inspiration from the surrounding land and the rich culinary history of the area. The kitchen, led by chef Dan Zoaretz, is based on local ingredients such as fish and seafood from the Carmel coast, seasonal collections from the mountain and work with regional growers. The dishes feature unconventional Middle Eastern flavors served in a historic stone house renovated and furnished with loving hands. With a carefully crafted local wine menu and a rustic and relaxed atmosphere suitable for both a meticulous meal and a snack and drink for the beginning or end of the evening

Nirvana

The city of Haifa is full of quite a few restaurants and cafes, but few of them are considered cultural symbols in the amazing coastal city. One of the culinary symbols of the city is the Nirvana restaurant which is located on the shoreline on the Zamir promenade, unlike the other restaurants it is the only one located right on the west side of the promenade on the shoreline itself and thus provides a sitting and eating experience that is hard to find. Over the years, Nirvana Restaurant has been one of the main attractions for visitors to the promenade, at all times of the year, while allowing diners to enjoy the restaurant's unique atmosphere throughout the day, from the morning breeze to the amazing sunset and into the night. Five years ago the restaurant started in collaboration with the national difference kitchen chain and has since become a real culinary institution, which unlike other beach restaurants offers a rich and surprising menu of quality food from fresh and meticulous products. The rich breakfasts offered by the restaurant, along with starters and main courses, have become a thing of the past in Haifa and the northern region and attract diners who once again enjoy the special and prestigious dishes.
