"Kilometer" by chef Idan "Pompi" Boushari is a contemporary Israeli restaurant. Kilometerz's menu expresses the unique Israeli mosaic, as Bushari experienced it, but is also strongly influenced by the place where it is located: the sea in front, the Carmel Market behind it, and next to it the Hassan Bek Mosque. Fish, vegetables, Mediterranean-Levantine cuisine, fresh, seasonal and at eye level. The hot and happy food of Kilometerz will be accompanied by local cocktails and a large selection of Israeli wines to be enjoyed by the glass. *Most of the menu consists of local and seasonal ingredients, so there may be a change in the dishes.
