Ai Restaurant and chef Yuval Ben Naria invite you to a unique omakase meal, which is a personal expression of the chef after his dozens of visits to Japan, during which he tasted and studied Japanese cuisine in depth.
Tasting menu
Our tasting menu brings together traditional Japanese tradition with culinary innovation, where each dish is the result of selected raw materials from local suppliers, which have undergone in-depth culinary research from smoking techniques to traditional fermentations.
Taizu
Yuval Ben Neriah presents a personal and local interpretation of street foods from five countries in Southeast Asia: India, China, Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia. Before opening the restaurant, Ben Neriah embarked on a three-month culinary-cultural journey in these countries and explored street foods, textures, colors, spices and flavors. After his return to Israel, the planning phase of the complex took place and at the same time an intensive gathering for a period of about six months in a temporary professional kitchen where all the dishes were planned, cooked, and documented down to the last detail.
