Piazza Grande
Piazza Grande is a kosher Italian restaurant in the Sarona Market complex in Tel Aviv. The restaurant has a large outdoor area with the atmosphere of the happy and colorful restaurants of Rehovot and Italian squares. In the restaurant you will find a variety of authentic and modern Italian dishes from Italian cuisine with touches that Israelis love. In addition, there is an Italian tabon that reaches a temperature of 450 degrees to prepare a delicious Neapolitan pizza that is thick on the outside and thin on the inside. Coal, coal smoke and open fire are our most powerful tools - we use only the natural heat of fire and hissing coals. Flame's cuisine consists of fresh, local and seasonal ingredients - therefore it is subject to changes according to the seasons, alongside locally grown meats from select herds of Holstein cows, which are paced and treated in the aging room. It is an exciting, exciting and innovative cuisine - at the same time as being old, primitive and wild.
