Gemma at the Jaffa Noga center

Far from the hustle and bustle of Tel Aviv, in one of the magical corners of Jaffa, lies Gemma Restaurant (Italian: Ibn-Chen, Pnina). Chef Rami Aminov is in charge of the restaurant's varied menu, which he designed in the style of a travel diary. After quite a few trips and culinary training in the land of the boot, Rami decided to open a place where he could cook classic dishes with personal interpretation, while maintaining the freshness of the raw materials and connecting them to the place. The pastas served in the restaurant are fresh, and are made daily by hand, the Neapolitan-style pizzas are baked in a special oven, imported from Italy. LP is a casual food bar that puts the coal as a central component next to (or above) happy food served on small and medium plates from which you can nibble on a dish or two with a glass of wine or put together a full dinner. The wine and alcohol menu is light and non-committal, giving a platform to lesser-known wine regions and taking some side roads.This time the cocktail menu is limited and expressed in twists on classics. Mixologist Yegor Prauzenko has joined forces with the culinary and nightlife staff of Café Europa and is coming for three months to a pop-up bar of original and creative cocktails in limited edition. The cocktail menu will consist of creative cocktails with sexy names concocted by Prauzenko, combining innovative ingredients and advanced techniques. Small bites are served alongside the cocktails to complete the experience. The bites are the responsibility of Café Europa's chef, Eric Schonberger. In the menu he created, you will find small and beloved dishes from the restaurant's menu below, some of which are special to DROP, including charcoaled kale and broken Caesar, loco spadon with cream and chives and mashed potatoes, beef tartare on bone marrow and cacho a pepe with egg yolk.
