When we opened our restaurant in 2011, no one believed she would be the pioneer to lead the wave of flourishing restaurants opening outside Tel Aviv. The restaurant that has become a thing of the past sits beautifully and proudly on the highest hill in Moshav Bnei Zion and overlooks the views of the Sharon. At its foot are scattered vines, an olive grove and plenty of vegetable and fruit crops just waiting to reach you on a plate.
