Chef Chai Tzarum is responsible for the menu in collaboration with the group's chef Kafir Yanin, our cuisine is based on the kitchens of the Jewish kibbutz Galvoi and the Yemeni cuisine where Tzarum came from. The restaurant menu corresponds with the unique bar menu created by mixologist Ziv Edelstein.
