A restaurant dedicated to smoked and grilled meats, paying tribute to the slow art of fire, smoke, and bold flavors. Here, there’s no rush. We smoke, grill, dry, and indulge — from the first bite to the last bone. Everything is built around quality meats, classic techniques, and seasoning that hits right at the heart (and bones). We started with fire: a stone oven, traditional smoking, and a blazing grill. From there come dishes like homemade chorizo, tender short ribs, meaty prime rib, and pulled chicken with fermented mustard and pistachios.
