Ziv believes that a meal at a "smokehouse" is a meal in which diners enjoy relaxed and long-term shared hospitality. The smokehouse kitchen is a conceptual kitchen that combines flavors and raw materials from the land of our country which are served in a pleasant and unpretentious style. The meals are accompanied by a boutique wine menu from the best wineries in our country. In addition, we have over 20 flavors of spicy homemade arak. The variety varies and in each hospitality you are expected to taste what is prepared in real time, we smoke every day between 10 and 14 different pieces of beef, lamb and goose. We host in regular rounds (noon, evening and night). At the hospitality stage, we will offer you to deposit your cellphone and concentrate on the company.
