Satya was opened in 2014 by chef Ilan Grossi ("Chakra" and "Shanti"), After a year, Hilik Sharabi ("The Workshop") and Eran Avishi (M.F.A. Department of Photography at Bezalel) joined. Together we created a happy Jerusalem kitchen with love for food and hospitality. Every day we create a special menu alongside a seasonal and rich menu that includes dishes based on fish, seafood and meat alongside vegetarian and vegan dishes.
