Ruben is a chain of hamburgers and hot meats in a unique American atmosphere. The Ruben sandwich was invented somewhere in New York delicatessens in the mid-1920s and arrived in Israel about a decade ago. Most of us believe in the holy combination of fresh food from quality raw materials and cordial and professional hospitality. Each branch has professional cooks who love and understand meat and we advocate for the preparation of the meats and sauces in the restaurant. Our kitchens are free of soup powders or flavorings and we advocate giving a simple meal experience - at eye level but tasty and indulgent. All our branches have a smokehouse where pieces are put every night to cook slowly and absorb the aromas of the smoking wood.Our menu is built on many years of classics of American street food, starting with the legendary Ruben sandwich of New York through the Sloppy Joe from the South of the USA and slowly we put together a delicious and especially juicy puzzle that every carnivore (and vegetarians too!) will find themselves and feel at home.
