Reshta Restaurant

Between the mountains of Jerusalem and green fields, in front of a breathtaking view, lies Chef Rashta's restaurant. The restaurant is located in Ein Rafa (10 km from the city of Jerusalem) and offers real and authentic Arabic food that pays respect to the local ingredients and the culinary roots of the village and the entire region and offers a seasonal and delicious experience - from the farm to the plate. The meaning of the name "Rashta" is a traditional lentil and noodle dish on which the restaurant's chef, Renam Barhum, grew up, and he prepares the updated menu and the dishes in it inspired by the local produce and with love for the agricultural fields that surround the restaurant.

Palomino

Behind Palomino are four childhood friends from Jerusalem who have always dreamed of their own place, one that would have everything they love. Together with Chef Shlomi Ben Shalom, a menu was built that combines classic Italian dishes with Mediterranean dishes that characterize Israeli-Jerusalem cuisine. The menu was designed out of respect for raw materials and the principle that combines classics with modern and innovative twists.

Satya

Satya was opened in 2014 by chef Ilan Grossi ("Chakra" and "Shanti"), After a year, Hilik Sharabi ("The Workshop") and Eran Avishi (M.F.A. Department of Photography at Bezalel) joined. Together we created a happy Jerusalem kitchen with love for food and hospitality. Every day we create a special menu alongside a seasonal and rich menu that includes dishes based on fish, seafood and meat alongside vegetarian and vegan dishes. We buy our wines from Israeli wineries only. The varied Israeli wine menu has been specially adapted to the restaurant's dishes in addition to the refreshing cocktail menu. Our wide and beautiful balcony overlooks Keren Hayesod Street and the windmill in Mishkanim Sha'anim. The restaurant has a wide, spacious bar and intimate and pleasant seating.

Modern Restaurant

The Modern restaurant at the Israel Museum in Jerusalem offers contemporary, creative Jerusalem cuisine with a personal statement. The modern dishes are based on the old Jerusalem cuisine that grew outside the walls. Warm flavors of longing for distant lands. We disassembled and reassembled the recipes, thus creating a modern cuisine that has local flavors. Selected ingredients, depending on the seasons

Muma

Muma was the family nickname of Leah Abushdid (born in 1896), wife of Itamar Ben-Avi, the son of Eliezer Ben Yehuda – known as the Hebrew revival. Muma was also our beloved grandmother… A unique and influencing woman...and yes, she was a great cook! Muma's interior includes varied seating styles including wide tables for groups, cozy private bar seats, living room with firewood and the main bar where vibes go more trendy at late evenings. Our outdoor open air seating is the place to catch Jerusalem's famous air and pastoral green nature view

Angelica

In 1998 I, Chef Marcus Gershkovitz opened Angelica. The goal: was to create a culinary experience that overcomes the challenges of the kosher kitchen and provides atmosphere, food, and wine of a standard to satisfy our customers to the highest degree. We initially opened the restaurant on Shatz St. which provided the inspiration for its name. Angelica is known as the “lost” daughter of Boris Shatz, founder of the Bezalel Art School. Angelica was an artist who was highly talented, vibrant, and complex and provided the expression and inspiration behind our restaurant's concept. The same expression stayed with us as we moved to Washington St. and continues to define our culinary experience to this day. We look forward to hosting you!

Touro

In the heart of the picturesque Mishkenot Sha'ananim neighborhood of Jerusalem is the kosher Toro Mediterranean chef restaurant. The popular and exclusive restaurant overlooks the breathtaking view of Jerusalem, culminating in the exciting view of the Old City walls and the Tower of David. Toro is located right at the foot of the historic flour mill and next to the Mishkenot Sha'ananim guest house, where artists and intellectuals usually live. The restaurant is named after the Jewish-American philanthropist Yehuda Toro, who donated his money and collaborated with Moshe Montefiore in the establishment of Mishkenot Sha'ananim. The building where Toro is located is a conservation building where the capital's new press club operates. Toro operates in an ancient building, which used to be the famous restaurant of Moises Peer, which was regularly visited by the mythical mayor of Jerusalem, Teddy Kollek and his guests. The beautiful restaurant has a terrace that allows a spectacular view, and an interior space whose design stars old and new - the building is ancient and the modern and modern style.
