Ziv believes that a meal at a "smokehouse" is a meal in which diners enjoy relaxed and long-term shared hospitality. The smokehouse kitchen is a conceptual kitchen that combines flavors and raw materials from the land of our country which are served in a pleasant and unpretentious style. The meals are accompanied by a boutique wine menu from the best wineries in our country. In addition, we have over 20 flavors of spicy homemade arak. The variety varies and in each hospitality you are expected to taste what is prepared in real time, we smoke every day between 10 and 14 different pieces of beef, lamb and goose. We host in regular rounds (noon, evening and night). At the hospitality stage, we will offer you to deposit your cellphone and concentrate on the company. The staff will make sure to bring plenty of delicacies to your table. All that is left is to coordinate arrival and dedicate yourself to the experience.

When we opened our restaurant in 2011, no one believed she would be the pioneer to lead the wave of flourishing restaurants opening outside Tel Aviv. The restaurant that has become a thing of the past sits beautifully and proudly on the highest hill in Moshav Bnei Zion and overlooks the views of the Sharon. At its foot are scattered vines, an olive grove and plenty of vegetable and fruit crops just waiting to reach you on a plate. It all started in a small village in the Caucasus Mountains, young Nelly spent every day in the kitchen with her Hadda, and learned the secrets of the regional cuisine, which are passed down from generation to generation. Eventually, Nelly, who herself became a dada (mother), used to open a sloping table of delicacies (and not only) for her beloved family members. In the best Georgian tradition, many guests flocked to the living room of her humble home, enjoying home-made stews and pastries, which she prepared just as her mother did. Gore, who was watching his mother enjoy the hospitality, promised Nelly that one day, he would make her dream come true: to invite more and more people to her "Georgian living room" and enjoy an original hospitality experience and delicacies that everyone loves so much… And so, in 2008, Dede's first restaurant opened (In Givatayim). And even today, after a decade, in each of Dede's restaurants, the hospitality so identified with Georgian culture is meticulous, accompanied by an abundance of original aromas and flavors.
