Chef Guy Peretz's Greek Salon group offers a unique hospitality experience Dinner & Party - which starts with a chef's dinner focusing on high-level Mediterranean cuisine, inspired by traditional Greek cuisine, using quality ingredients. At the end of the meal, the experience continues to a Greek party - with live performances by the best artists from Greece and Israel, with names such as Raphael Moriatis, Lepatris Delis, Arinda Dima, Avi Tobi, Boaz Tabiv and others, accompanied by the leading oud, bouzouki and keyboard players in the field of Greek music in Israel. Reshta Restaurant
Between the mountains of Jerusalem and green fields, in front of a breathtaking view, lies Chef Rashta's restaurant. The restaurant is located in Ein Rafa (10 km from the city of Jerusalem) and offers real and authentic Arabic food that pays respect to the local ingredients and the culinary roots of the village and the entire region and offers a seasonal and delicious experience - from the farm to the plate. Satya
Satya was opened in 2014 by chef Ilan Grossi ("Chakra" and "Shanti"), After a year, Hilik Sharabi ("The Workshop") and Eran Avishi (M.F.A. Department of Photography at Bezalel) joined. Together we created a happy Jerusalem kitchen with love for food and hospitality. Every day we create a special menu alongside a seasonal and rich menu that includes dishes based on fish, seafood and meat alongside vegetarian and vegan dishes. We buy our wines from Israeli wineries only. The varied Israeli wine menu has been specially adapted to the restaurant's dishes in addition to the refreshing cocktail menu. Our wide and beautiful balcony overlooks Keren Hayesod Street and the windmill in Mishkanim Sha'anim. The restaurant has a wide, spacious bar and intimate and pleasant seating.
