The restaurant is located in Ein Rafa (10 km from the city of Jerusalem) and offers real and authentic Arabic food that pays respect to the local ingredients and the culinary roots of the village and the entire region and offers a seasonal and delicious experience - from the farm to the plate. Satya was opened in 2014 by chef Ilan Grossi ("Chakra" and "Shanti"), After a year, Hilik Sharabi ("The Workshop") and Eran Avishi (M.F.A. Department of Photography at Bezalel) joined. Every day we create a special menu alongside a seasonal and rich menu that includes dishes based on fish, seafood and meat alongside vegetarian and vegan dishes.
