The food is influenced by the cuisine of the Mediterranean basin, from that of the south of France to the Palestinian cuisine of Wadi Nisnas. We have fresh seafood, sheep from the Galilee, olive oil from the slopes of the Carmel and an endless abundance of fresh herbs, vegetables and fruits. We strive to connect them together with Gafni Hagalil to create a homely and complete experience for the people of Haifa and the surrounding area. All food construction is based on fresh and quality raw materials. Along with meats, fish and seafood, the menu also includes a selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes. The rich drinks menu includes boutique wines from the Galilee and the valley alongside wines from different corners of the world and unique beers.
