Iva New Balkan Cuisine

Bistro Iva on Dorćol is a dynamic place where breakfast can be ordered throughout the day and which offers a wide variety of options that bring the New Balkan Cuisine concept closer to guests. Some of the favorites are crispy buckwheat flour rolls with cheese, honey and walnuts, baked cheese with raspberries and truffles, beef tail with homemade gnocchi. A diverse wine list of local and regional labels, brandies and beers, as well as interesting gin and tonic combinations perfectly accompany New Balkan Cuisine tastes. Iva is awarded with Bib Gourmand award for 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025.

Dragoljub New Balkan Cuisine

Dragoljub brings recognizable "kafana" tastes, but through the prism of the New Balkan Cuisine concept. The menu includes dishes like slow-cooked veal head in tripe, white kidneys in butter, slow-roasted celery... as well as the cooked dish of the day, and the offer will also include special Balkan dishes that will change frequently. Accompanied by carefully selected local wines and "rakija", which round off the gastronomic experience, the menu and atmosphere represent a kind of homage to the "kafana" as an institution.
