Since opening our butcher shop, we've been dedicated to producing the finest quality hamburgers available. We ensure this by using the highest quality beef and employing meticulous aging methods that guarantee a rich umami experience. Our beef is sourced directly from local farms, allowing us complete control over every aspect of our burgers, from origin to plate. We select Holstein and Simmental breeds and age them for a minimum of 21 days to enhance texture and flavor. Combined with our house-made sauces, crafted with care on-site, our burgers are truly a culinary delight.
