Tori in Japanese is a traditional gate at the entrance to temples, symbolizing the boundary between holiness and sand for passers-by where Tori also opens the gate to modern Asian cuisine inspired by traditional flavors and aromas. The place is inspired by the gate of the Japanese temple known as 'Tori' and the feeling that a person feels inside a temple - a world without masks, or cladding, a world of natural materials and special simplicity that are expressed in concrete, iron, natural wood and natural stone.
