Anyone who has tasted Neapolitan pizza already knows that it is the best pizza in all of Italy. We have it here, right under your house! So, of course, we use the best raw materials on the market - starting with our sourdough that undergoes at least 48 hours of proofing, cheeses that come straight from local dairies, tomatoes imported from Italy, and vegetables straight from the field. We bake our pizza in a special stone oven, an oven you won't find anywhere else, an oven that reaches a heat of 450 degrees and gives the pizza its addictive taste, aroma, and texture.
