We assemble our blends from a wide range of varietals that together accentuate the terroir of the ''Adullam'' region, ''Yehuda'' Hills, characterized by a singular combination of soil and climate. The locality can be tasted in our wines, emphasizing the exceptional natural features of the region.From white Columbard and Rose from Cabernet Franc to red blends made of Syrah, Durif, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and our Zinfandel, we offer a chance to sit and taste, to buy the wines you fancy and tell your friends.
