The Modern restaurant at the Israel Museum in Jerusalem offers contemporary, creative Jerusalem cuisine with a personal statement. The modern dishes are based on the old Jerusalem cuisine that grew outside the walls. Warm flavors of longing for distant lands. We disassembled and reassembled the recipes, thus creating a modern cuisine that has local flavors. Selected ingredients, depending on the seasons
