Republic, Hod Hasharon is a brasserie restaurant created by the old Social Club, the restaurant is a combination of classic brasserie cuisine for creative, meticulous and up-to-date dishes based on fresh and local ingredients. The menu, led by chef Ofir Vidavsky, changes throughout the day. The business lunch menu includes light and inexpensive dishes alongside a full and creative meal. Dinner offers a variety of dishes suitable for the whole family, starting with a burger and schnitzel alongside dishes such as burnt red tuna and a long-cooked goose shank at prices equal to each person. The large bar located in the center of the restaurant space contains a large variety of wines from the leading wineries in Israel and the world and delicious and varied cocktails. Republic is the place to hang out and celebrate with family, sit down for a fun evening with friends or a business meeting, do an event or just sit down for a glass of wine and a snack.
