26 Hamburger Gourmet, a restaurant founded in Tel Aviv in 2014 by chef and owner Miriam Ben Harosh with the desire to offer a chef-level burger experience. Every detail is meticulous – from the brioche buns baked on site, to the homemade sauces and cheeses that come from France. The goal is to create a burger made from only high-quality ingredients, such that every bite is an experience. This is a small and intimate place, where everything is handmade
