Chef's restaurant in a French country style, located in an original mansion from the beginning of the last century. The culinary line of the estate kitchen rests on the delightful foundations of the classic southern French cuisine with the addition of a creative and fresh touch from the local cuisine. Fresh and old-fashioned chunks of meat, long confetti-style cooking, adherence to freshly made hinges and the freshest and highest quality raw materials conducted by the leading team of chefs ensure a perfect culinary experience. The meal menu is accompanied by a wine menu based on boutique wines made in our country, along with a selection carefully collected from "Old World" wines.
