Gaston is a steak house that specializes in carefully selected locally grown meats. The slices undergo an aging process between 17-21 days for optimal softening and deepening of the flavors of the meat. All the chunks in the restaurant go through a meticulous process from the habitats, to our butcher shop to the plate.
