I'm from Tanya Bater, and for years I've been making grills and meat smokers, putting my heart and soul into creating the best and most professional tools I can. And I always had a little dream, one that ran through my head every time the smell of smoked meat filled the workshop - why not share with you what I like to do the most? Why not open up the courtyard of the workshop and turn it into a small and special place, a fun place to sit and eat? So Avichai joined me, and out of passion and love for good food, together we created Hamishi banapach
