After many visits to Italy and searching for the perfect pizza, we felt ready and returned for a long period of planning ... and then it happened! We set up a unique Neapolitan-style pizza bar - one with 72-hour puffed dough pizzas and tossed with real mozzarella slices and a secret tomato sauce into a crazy 450-degree oven.
