Chef Eyal Assolin's salon is a wine bar and restaurant during the week, with a changing seasonal menu that offers a variety of local and meticulous dishes, with a portfolio of natural, organic and biodynamic wine from the great wine regions and our small and rich country. The place is also used as a space for private events and culinary pop-ups.
