On the street level of R48 Hotel & Garden is the Rothschild 48 Brasserie. The restaurant draws inspiration from the Tel Aviv street where it operates, living and breathing the city and the boulevard. A modern brasserie, as we see it, offering food that is fun to eat at any time of the day. The restaurant's design continues the design line of the building, a clean and elegant line, extensive use of travertine stone and light wood combined with large olive trees. In the center of the restaurant stands a wide bar, offering low and comfortable seating. The restaurant is dynamic and changes its appearance during the day, while in the evening the restaurant provides a pleasant entertainment of meticulous food alongside an extensive wine menu and unique cocktails.
