The restaurant's menu is based on the merging the Far East and the Mediterranean regions while adhering to high-quality local ingredients, various cooking methods, and tastes from both worlds that come to life on the plate. The menu is based on different sizes of dishes that provide an experience of a chef's restaurant and a sharing experience. Darya restaurant has a unique wine menu with a large variety of Israeli wines that includes aged wines and special magnum bottles.
