About Us
Coal, coal smoke and open fire are our most powerful tools - we use only the natural heat of fire and hissing coals. Flame's cuisine consists of fresh, local and seasonal ingredients - therefore it is subject to changes according to the seasons, alongside locally grown meats from select herds of Holstein cows, which are paced and treated in the aging room. It is an exciting, exciting and innovative cuisine - at the same time as being old, primitive and wild. The moment when humans took control of fire, is the moment we became who we are today - fire is also the tribal fire around which we gather and was and always will be - the most exciting taste our palate will encounter.
