Backstage Hotel and Chef Assaf Stern launch an immersive Italian pop-up tartaria On Tuesdays and Thursdays between the dates of February 13-April 3, the main auditorium of the Backstage boutique hotel of the Atlas hotel chain will be transformed into a colorful and wild space where Trattoria del Teatro will be located, offering an entertainment experience inspired by Italian wine bars and the culture of the small, colorful and sensual food plates served in them.
