About Us

The Whiskey Bar & Museum is one of the largest complexes of its kind anywhere in the world, combining a bar-restaurant and a whiskey museum in one unique location. You'll find us in Sarona's historic Templer tunnel, which was home to a local winery in the 19th century and, until a decade ago, served the covert needs of the Mossad. Our walls are lined with more than 1,000 whiskey varieties that hail from an impressively wide range of countries, from classic whiskey-producing regions like Scotland and Ireland, to distilleries a little further afield, in Hong Kong and India. Every bottle you see in the Museum is available for tasting and purchasing. Walter, our cigar bar, is on the top floor of the museum and is open every day (Sunday-Thursday) from 12:00 and Saturday evening, with a full food and drink menu. Seating based on availability. You are welcome to arrive.
