For over two decades, Ha-Zedef restaurant has been a prominent part of the culinary landscape in Rishon Lezion. Established in 2002 by Chef David Avital, it is centrally located in western Rishon Lezion, near the sea. The restaurant offers a classic and spacious hosting area, including an oversized private room designed for private events, corporate gatherings, and professional conferences. The modular room can be adapted to accommodate events of various sizes, with a capacity of up to 100 guests. Ha-Zedef specializes in fish and seafood dishes crafted by expert chefs. However, it also caters to meat lovers with a rich menu featuring high-quality meats and an array of satisfying side dishes. Each day, the kitchen receives fresh, top-quality ingredients, ensuring every dish meets the highest standards. The menu includes a diverse selection of mezes—both familiar favorites and seasonal specials, updated periodically to delight guests with new flavors.
