About Us
In the dictionary of gastronomy terms ''Alfredo'' means a rich Italian sauce, made from Parmesan cheese cream and butter. The sauce blends naturally with fettuccine-type pasta. The dish known as "Fettuccine Alfredo" was created in the 1920s, by the owners of the Italian restaurant called Alfredo Di Lello, who also gave it its name. "Alfredo" restaurant is a beautiful kosher Italian restaurant, located between landscaped lawns, water canals and lighted waterfalls at the heart of the flourishing Silicon Valley of Petah Tikva. The restaurant provides a perfect escape from the day-to-day routine into magical romantic districts. In the morning you can enjoy Italian-style breakfasts, at lunch affordable lunch specials and at the evening you can book a seat at the terrace in front of the waterfall and enjoy the music and variety of fish, pastas and other delicacies from Alfredo's chef - Chef Assaf Lerner.
