Machneyuda
Mahniuda Restaurant was born in the summer of 2009 by Assaf Granit and Uri Navon. The restaurant is based on a seasonal cuisine with a dynamic and changing menu (twice a day), in accordance with the highest quality and freshest ingredients offered by Mahane Yehuda Market. Served to the diner and also inspires it to be a “restaurant in the market”.
Tzemah
The plant's kitchen is a chef's kitchen that serves a menu based on the purity of vegetables and fresh ingredients with influences from around the world. The menu is varied and suitable for festive, family meals as well as for those looking for something small next to the drink. One of the important things in the plant is the atmosphere. Apart from the place, the design and the music, the atmosphere in the plant is determined by the service and the staff. The service is very important and is reflected in the efficiency, professionalism and proficiency of the staff in the place and in the atmosphere it inspires. Customer satisfaction is the main goal of any investment. The customer experience at the plant is personalized for everyone and individually tailored. The restaurant will always cater to every customer.
The Culinary Workshop
The workshop restaurant from the Mahaniuda group is located in the hangar of the old train station of Jerusalem. Iron and wood, as then and now, are basic elements in the design of the place. The atmosphere of craftsmanship and creativity play an important role in the kitchen as well. In the workshop, emphasis is placed on the raw materials, and as in a real workshop, a correct and smart combination between them makes the difference. Thanks to years of experience in kitchens and a true love of eating, Chef Shahar Shmuel has created oriental influences from an Israeli Mediterranean home and kitchen. The desserts, the pasta and the aging of the meats are made on site and under the supervision of the chef. The workshop restaurant space is large and allows you to experience the restaurant in a variety of ways. Sitting at the bar in front of the open kitchen is a perfect observation of the work of the chef and the team of cooks and shares the nature of the active work in the kitchen with the guests, the outdoor balcony for those who prefer a quieter place and crisp and cool Jerusalem air, a spacious knight's table for family meals and gatherings of friends, or small tables for an intimate and private meal more. The workshop offers a fine culinary entertainment option even on weekends. Private events can be held there.
Yudale
Makhaniuda's restaurant wild little brother. A small bar with a happy atmosphere, great drinks and a precise menu with unique dishes.
Gatsby
Gatsby is the oldest cocktail bar in Jerusalem. The Gatsby draws its inspiration from the dry period of New York, from those days when the producers and consumers of alcohol had to "speak quietly" (speakeasy) and the liquor bar was hidden behind a secret door or even "disguised" as another business and when you still managed to enter one, like you arrived in the country The promised and a mysterious and incredibly special bar will be revealed before you. The Mahaniuda group takes the legendary Gatsby cocktail bar of Jerusalem and the respect it pays to the bars of that time and puts the alcohol at the center. The group will offer a rich menu of drinks. From classic and seasonal cocktails to blends and original labels of the group. The food at Gatsby also puts alcohol at the center and the entire menu consists of dishes to accompany the cocktail menu. Among the dishes on the menu you'll find brazaula and weissbraten, 18-day corned beef, sausage, pistachios from Turkey and another selection of cheeses, sausages, crackers, sandwiches and pickles.
