Chef Haim Cohen's Jaffa Tel Aviv restaurant will hold a series of events during the months of November-December to mark the restaurant's 13th anniversary, which will present the milestones and development of the culinary scene in Israel.

Here, in the heart of chef Haim Cohen's kitchen, cooking and hospitality merge into one experience; Guests sit near the work bar and watch the incredible skill of the kitchen staff in action, from grilling on a charcoal grill to preparing fresh sashimi and unique seafood dishes. | The restaurant presents Cohen's culinary philosophy: a combination of traditional Mediterranean dishes with modern tastes, while paying attention to fresh and deep-tasting ingredients. | Miriam is dedicated to Cohen's mother, Miriam, who instilled in him the love of cooking, and the design was done in collaboration with the Branovich Cronenberg office, with the aim of creating an elegant, warm and inviting atmosphere. | The restaurant is more than a place to eat; It is the story of a chef who builds a bridge between Israeli family tradition and contemporary cuisine, and invites her guests to experience flavors that touch the heart.
