From the terrace of the restaurant overlooking the second floor of the Arena Mall in Herzliya, there is a spectacular view of the marina: yachts, sailboats, spectacular sunsets and seagulls soaring above. All of these are just the prelude to a delicate and delicious culinary experience that awaits you. Bistro 56 was founded in 2004 by the Wagner family and leads the kosher restaurant industry in Israel while maintaining uncompromising service, high quality raw materials and a customer experience. Bistro Restaurant 56 - a restaurant in Herzliya, operates an open kitchen where in front of the guests the food is prepared and served directly to the tables. Chef Armond Elhrer, crowned with experience and praise in international cuisine, cooks precise dishes with Mediterranean influences and makes creative use of quality meats that have undergone controlled aging, fresh fish and carefully selected raw materials while maintaining kosher.
