A Jerusalem culinary tradition that is renewed every day. We strictly preserve culinary traditions that have almost disappeared. We make Cuba Aleppo - a mixture of meat and pine nuts in a crispy rice shell, Yifrach - vine leaves that we rolled and cooked with fresh lemon and pomegranate concentrate, and Cuba Humusta - sour soup with Cuba stuffed with siska - meat in long cooking, which we wrapped in semolina and jerrish. Every day we make a variety of salads that are all made by hand, alongside casserole dishes that express the creativity and innovation of our kitchen.
